Hello Darling... My name is Nicqueva and I am the proud owner of The Elsada Brand. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Connecticut where I currently reside with my husband and three children. I spent many years as a dedicated homemaker, a sacrificial and rewarding experience. Having the opportunity to invest into my children's earliest years, is an indescribable blessing.

Prior to marriage and children I attempted to build a professional career for myself in women's retail. I worked for a prominent women's brand as a sales associate and worked my way up to Assistant Manager where I handled store operations and visual merchandising. After doing fashion retail, I decided to move into banking retail, where my passion for financial health grew. I began to see myself free as a woman who wanted to tap into her own creative abilities to create the life I desired for myself and my family.
If you asked me 10 years ago if I'd be an entrepreneur selling products that I designed, I might have replied in disbelief. Here I am today, knee deep into my own business and I love every single thing about it. My favorite part of this journey is the people I get to meet and the lives I am able to impact. I love connecting with people and I love creating opportunities to teach and be taught. I am very much so a giver and my goal is to dig deeper into a philanthropic life style. I believe the success of my business will help to contribute to that dream.

ELSADA (pronounced el-say-duh) embodies the love of fashion.Â

Blending styles from several decades while maintaining the integrity of your favorite trends. Although the brand is newly emerging to the world, the name and its concept was born nearly a century ago. We exist to assist you in your displays of style and grace. Though we specialize in exclusively customized shoes, you will at times be able to shop some of our favorite accompaniments. Let the fashion begin!

SHOE FAQ's

Do the shoes fit true to size? Yes, the shoes are made true to size, do not feel the need to order up or down a size unless the description suggests.

How long will it take to receive my shoes? Although most orders arrive within 7 days, processing time is 3-5 business days and shipping is 7-10 business days.

Can I try on my shoes in-person? Yes! Visit us at 4133 Whitney Avenue, Suite 4F, Hamden, CT 06518.

Will sizes be restocked? If a style is highly requested, it will be restocked but we pride ourselves on exclusivity and limiting the editions of each shoe to keep the experience unique.

Do you offer payment plans? We don't offer payment plans or after-pay. PayPal will sometimes automatically offer a "Pay-Later" option which is directly through their operating system.

How often are new styles released? There is no set schedule but we have been averaging at approximately one -two shoes a month.

What comes with my purchase? So glad you asked! Your purchase includes free shipping, a keepsake shoebox, a shoe bag, sole stickers for colored soles (while supplies last), a thank you note from our owner, and occasionally a promotional surprise gift.

Can I just order a shoe bag? Shoe bags are complimentary with your purchase. If you are need of one please fill out the contact form to make a purchase request.

Are sole stickers included in my purchase? Sole stickers are included complimentary with the purchase of shoes that have a colored bottom (i.e. pink, blue, purple) while supplies last, they are not guaranteed and are a third party item.

Can I custom design and order shoes? We do not currently offer the customization option, however if you have a color or style in mind, ideas are always welcomed. We will in this case even name the shoe after you.

Is there a rewards or loyalty program? Yes! Become one of our Darlings! If you sign up to be a Darling, after purchasing your second pair of shoes, you will receive your own personalized discount code of 10% off that can be used for every purchase. In addition, if you tell your family and friends to shop with us and they use your discount code, you will receive $5 cash back via CashApp! Darling memberships are limited. Can I preorder or put a deposit down on shoes? Because our shoes are Limited Edition and exclusive, we do not accept deposits or do preorders. This allows us to be fair to all who desire to purchase our shoes. They do often sell out as soon as they are released so make sure you are subscribed to our emails list so you're the first to know!
